In 2010 March, my mom passed away suddenly because of heart attack. I was in New Zealand at that time. So we rushed back to Sydney and I have to go back to Indonesia to attend the cremation and see my dad. Very very sad time ....
I still miss her now...
The Land's registration has been delayed again and they said this time is November 2010. So I went to Wisdom and get a new tender and the base price has gone up again $8000. I understand, everything's going up too.
Well....
The land was still not registered...until now, March 23rd 2011, but at least all the services are there like Telstra, water, electricity etc...
