I love reading stories about building new house from homeone forum.
After almost 1 year I didn't touch this site, a few weeks ago, I tried to look for people building with Wisdom and their stories.
God works in mysterious way...I found my future nextdoor neighbour that time...:P What a coincidence, she's also just started a forum.
We've been in contact since then, and I'm happy to know her.
Hope we can maintain this good friendship along the way...

2010...then 2011 March ...
In 2010 March, my mom passed away suddenly because of heart attack. I was in New Zealand at that time. So we rushed back to Sydney and I have to go back to Indonesia to attend the cremation and see my dad. Very very sad time ....
I still miss her now...
The Land's registration has been delayed again and they said this time is November 2010. So I went to Wisdom and get a new tender and the base price has gone up again $8000. I understand, everything's going up too.
Well....
The land was still not registered...until now, March 23rd 2011, but at least all the services are there like Telstra, water, electricity etc...
